The building consists of 7 renovated business apartments with every modern means and located in the heart of Vevey. We provide the ideal setting for a modern and busy city life. RdL27 is highly exclusive furnished business apartments located in a central area of Western Switzerland. For more freedom and privacy combined with optimal facilities.
Situated just half a block from the front of Lake Geneva. A concept designed for your comfort, RdL27 is a high standard residence with a small and exclusive selection of business apartment types to accommodate single travellers, business partners or families. Our residence was renovated in 2010 solely for the purpose of providing 5 star business apartments.
A business apartment
All of our apartments are modern with a well designed layout including dining space, lounge area, comfortable bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and some with balcony or lake view. Contemporary furnished, wooden floors and a well thought lightplan, ensures a light and airy feel in all apartments. The requirements of the busy business executive; all business apartments include a direct dial telephone and your own personal telephone number. We also integrate high-speed internet access, voicemail system, cable TV, Bose 18 hometheater with DVD player and surround sound in high quality. Practical appliances include iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc. – a complete equipment that allows you to travel light. Cleaning, laundry and personal shopping service and airport transfer can be offered on request and payment. 1 or 2 bedroom apartments are available, as well a unique penthouse apartment of 160m2 with private access.
Some apartments have view to the lake and mountains. Others have balcony and street view. We aim at enhancing our guests’ feeling of privacy; our serviced apartments are accessible though a closed staircase , and you let in guests by your own intercom. In order to secure safe surroundings for your guests, the building has electronic surveillance. Car parking can on request and avalibilitiy, be offered at public secured parkhouse, near by RdL27.
RdL27 Club package: specified price list for personal services
As a part of the RdL27 concept for business individuals, companies and foreign expats, located for shorter or longer period in Switzerland, the following services will be offered and are included in the RdL27 Club for business apartments at Rue du Lac 27.
The RdL27 Club Package will be signed for separately, in connection with the business appartment concept.
